Part-Time Growth & Community Manager – Mobile App Tanbii | Remote | 5–10 hours/week $500/month + performance commissions Tanbii is a mobile gaming and sustainability platform that makes positive environmental action engaging, rewarding, and fun. We need a proactive Growth & Community Manager with a proven record of measurable user growth. This is not just a posting or moderation role. You must turn content, creators, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement into app downloads and active users. Responsibilities: • Increase downloads, registrations, referrals, engagement, and retention. • Manage TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and other relevant channels. • Create short-form content, campaigns, challenges, and updates. • Recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers, gamers, and ambassadors. • Build partnerships with gaming communities, colleges, environmental groups, and aligned organizations. • Test referral programs, giveaways, creator campaigns, and growth experiments. • Track weekly results across content, community, downloads, and conversions. Qualifications: • Proven growth experience with an app, game, digital platform, audience, or online community. • Ideally generated 100,000+ downloads/users or built a community or audience to tens or hundreds of thousands. • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Discord, UGC, creator outreach, and short-form video. • Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred. • Organized, responsive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
