Reddit Community Growth & AI Visibility Specialist (Full-Time) About Us Fahrenheit Marketing is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Austin, Texas. Over the past year, we've made a significant investment in AI-driven marketing. We believe Reddit has become one of the most influential platforms impacting AI-generated recommendations, LLM citations, buyer research, and brand perception. We're looking for a full-time Reddit specialist to help us execute a long-term community engagement strategy across multiple industries. The Opportunity This is NOT a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands Reddit culture and knows how to build credibility without triggering moderation issues or appearing promotional. Your mission will be to establish authentic participation across relevant subreddits, create valuable discussions, identify opportunities for brand visibility, and help position our clients as trusted resources within their industries. Responsibilities Participate daily in relevant subreddits Create and manage discussions that generate meaningful engagement Identify trending conversations relevant to client industries Develop strategies for increasing brand mentions organically Build and maintain Reddit account portfolios with strong reputations Monitor subreddit rules and moderation requirements Track discussions that may influence AI search results and LLM citations Surface opportunities for thought leadership and community participation Coordinate with our content and SEO teams Document successful campaigns and engagement strategies Report weekly on subreddit growth, engagement, and visibility metrics Required Experience You MUST have: Extensive Reddit experience Deep understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette Proven success building karma organically Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts Understanding of subreddit moderation policies Strong written English skills Ability to blend naturally into communities Experience creating high-engagement discussions Preferred Experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in: SEO Content marketing Digital PR Online reputation management AI search optimization Community management B2B marketing Local business marketing Account Requirements Please apply only if you currently possess: Multiple established Reddit accounts Accounts with meaningful positive karma Accounts with a history of genuine participation No history of bans or large-scale account suspensions Ability to demonstrate account quality during the interview process What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, we expect this role to: Establish active participation across target communities Increase visibility of client brands in relevant discussions Create repeatable engagement frameworks Generate meaningful conversations around client topics Contribute to increased brand discoverability across AI-powered search experiences To Apply Please include: Your Reddit experience (years active) Total combined karma across your accounts Examples of successful Reddit campaigns or community-building efforts Industries you know particularly well Why you believe Reddit is becoming important for AI search and recommendations Applications that demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of Reddit's influence on modern search behavior will receive priority consideration.
