Discord Community Growth Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Discord Community Growth Specialist to help grow an existing Discord server and attract new, genuinely interested members. The Discord server already has an active foundation, but we want to increase its reach, improve member engagement and build a larger long-term community. Your responsibilities may include: Developing and executing a Discord growth strategy Identifying relevant communities, platforms and promotional opportunities Creating campaigns that attract genuine members Improving the onboarding experience for new members Increasing activity and engagement within the server Suggesting community events, partnerships and referral campaigns Tracking growth, retention and engagement metrics Please include examples of Discord communities you have previously helped grow, the methods you used and the results you achieved.
