Discord Creator Community Manager TikTok Shop / Euka / Discord / Creator Ops Automation We are hiring a **Discord Creator Community Manager** to help build and manage our TikTok Shop creator community. This role sits between creator ops, Discord community management, Euka operations, logistics, product launch coordination, creator activation, bot automation, and reporting. The goal is not just to manage a Discord server. The goal is to help turn creators into an active, excited, posting community that drives TikTok Shop momentum. ## Role Overview We are building a creator community for TikTok Shop affiliates, VIP creators, live sellers, product seeding partners, and brand advocates. The Community Manager will be responsible for keeping creators active, informed, excited, and supported inside Discord while also helping manage the backend creator workflow inside Euka. This person should understand how to use Euka as the creator CRM and Discord as the community activation layer. Euka is where we manage creator sourcing, approvals, samples, outreach, tracking, and creator status. Discord is where we create energy, answer questions, solve blockers, run contests, share content prompts, build FOMO, and keep creators posting. We also want someone comfortable working with Discord bots, automations, AI agents, creator reporting, and weekly community growth dashboards. ## Key Responsibilities Manage the brand’s Discord creator community day to day Operate inside Euka to help track creator status, samples, outreach, approvals, and posting progress Welcome new creators into Discord and make sure they understand the community, current campaigns, posting goals, and reward opportunities Coordinate with creator ops to move sampled creators and active affiliates from Euka into Discord Create excitement around product launches, contests, reward tiers, bonus pools, and creator challenges Post daily prompts around what creators are filming, what products they are using, what blockers they have, and what content angles they need help with Monitor creator blockers in Discord and route issues quickly, including sample issues, shipping delays, product questions, TikTok Shop questions, Spark Code questions, affiliate setup issues, and content confusion Use Discord bots and automation flows to route creator issues into the right channels or tickets Help maintain Discord ticketing workflows for samples, shipping, product support, creator questions, Spark Codes, and live selling questions Work with AI reporting agents or Discord bots to monitor creator activity, message volume, new joins, verified creators, active ambassadors, inactive creators, and GMV/community trends Create weekly Discord community reports showing creator growth, engagement, top movers, low-activity creators, open blockers, contest participation, and creator ops issues Share content prompts, winning video examples, hooks, angles, live selling ideas, and product education inside the Discord Help identify which creators are active, who is gaining momentum, who needs more support, who is ghosting, and who should be escalated to VIP treatment Support contests such as highest GMV, highest video volume, best product education video, best new creator, best live seller, or product launch challenges Help make VIP creators feel prioritized through early access, special product drops, bonus opportunities, private channels, and community recognition Coordinate with product and growth teams so creators are informed before launches, not after products are already live Keep creators warm between launches so the creator engine does not stall after samples go out ## Euka Responsibilities Use Euka as the backend creator CRM and workflow management layer Track creator stages, sample status, outreach status, approval status, post status, Spark Code status, and creator notes Identify creators who need follow-up Identify creators who received product but have not posted Identify creators with strong posting volume or early sales signals Help move active creators into Discord Help segment creators into standard affiliates, VIP creators, live sellers, retainer creators, and high-potential creators Coordinate with the team on which creators should receive product priority, higher commissions, bonus opportunities, or additional samples Keep Euka and Discord workflows aligned so creators do not fall through the cracks ## Discord Responsibilities Manage the Discord creator community every day Welcome creators and guide them into the right channels Post daily and weekly content prompts Create hype around contests and reward tiers Answer creator questions or route them to the correct team member Monitor inactive creators and create reactivation pushes Moderate channels and keep the community organized Use private channels for VIP creators, live sellers, and product launch groups when needed Help creators feel heard without killing the vibe of the community Maintain a balance between engagement and operations The community should feel exciting, but it also needs to actually work. ## Bot Automation + AI Reporting Responsibilities We want someone who is comfortable with Discord automation, bots, and reporting systems. Preferred experience includes: Discord bots Ticketing workflows Automated onboarding flows Role assignment Creator verification flows AI agent reporting Weekly Discord growth reports Activity monitoring Engagement summaries Creator leaderboard updates Issue routing Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools Basic prompt writing for AI agents Automated alerts for inactive creators or unresolved tickets The goal is to have a community that is not just active, but monitored. We want reporting that can show: Total members New creators this week Verified creators Active ambassadors Message volume Top movers Lowest-activity creators Open support tickets Sample/shipping blockers Creator questions Contest participation GMV trends if available Creators who need attention Creators who should be escalated to VIP ## What Success Looks Like More creators joining the Discord community More Euka creators successfully moving into Discord More sampled creators actually posting More videos per creator More creators participating in contests More creators submitting Spark Codes More creators joining product launch pushes More creators asking questions before they lose momentum More creators returning for multiple posting rounds More creators being identified for VIP treatment More creator blockers being solved quickly More weekly visibility into what is happening inside the creator community The key KPI is not simply how many creators were seeded. The real KPI is: How many creators posted? How many videos did each creator make? How many creators stayed active? How many creators participated in contests? How many creators came back for future launches? How many creators were kept warm and excited between product drops? How many creator blockers were solved before they stopped posting? How many creators moved from Euka into the Discord community? You understand that creators are not just names in a CRM. They need reminders, coaching, visibility, recognition, rewards, and excitement. You also understand that community management is not just vibes. It is operations. Creators need fast answers, sample visibility, product support, content direction, contest reminders, launch anticipation, and escalation when something is blocked. You are comfortable living in the messy middle between product going out and content going live. You know how to make a Discord feel active without making it feel forced. You can keep creators moving without sounding annoying. You can spot when a creator needs help, when someone is gaining momentum, and when a creator deserves more attention from the brand. You can use tools, bots, automations, and reporting to make sure the creator community is actually being monitored. ## Why This Role Matters TikTok Shop growth does not come from sending samples alone. Sending product is easy. Getting creators to post consistently is the hard part. This role helps turn product seeding into creator momentum by building the community layer around the creator program. Euka will be used as the backend system for creator CRM, outreach, approvals, samples, and tracking. Discord will be used as the community layer for hype, coaching, product launch communication, contests, creator recognition, daily prompts, troubleshooting, and momentum. Bots and AI reporting agents will be used to monitor the community, surface blockers, track creator activity, and give the team weekly visibility into what is working and what needs attention. The Community Manager is responsible for making Discord the place creators want to be — and the place they come back to before every product drop. ## Example Day-to-Day Tasks Welcome new creators into Discord Verify creators and assign the correct Discord roles Check Euka for new approved/sample creators who should be moved into Discord Post the daily creator prompt Ask creators what they are filming today Share a winning video example Remind creators about active reward contests Answer product questions Open or route tickets for shipping/sample issues Help a creator understand how to post or tag a product Remind creators to submit Spark Codes Post leaderboard updates Tag VIP creators for early product access Coordinate with the product team on upcoming drops Collect feedback from creators and share it with the growth team Review bot/AI reports for community activity Identify low-activity creators who need follow-up Identify top movers who should receive VIP treatment Summarize weekly Discord growth, engagement, blockers, and creator wins ## Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and whether the role is part-time, full-time, or contract.
