Discord and Affiliate Management

Part-time / Remote **What You'll Do** * Create a Discord channel for us and manage it * Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop creators to our affiliate program * Send outreach invitations and manage creator communications * Track creator performance and milestone bonuses * Manage and grow our affiliate Discord server * Keep affiliates engaged, informed, and motivated * Be the main point of contact between creators and the brand **You're a Fit If You** * Are active on TikTok and understand creator culture * Have experience with Discord server management * Are organized, responsive, and self-directed * Have a genuine interest in health and wellness * Can work independently without hand-holding **Compensation** - Limited budget for now.
