Disocrd/Reddit community Moderator — AI Roleplay Chat Platform

We're an AI roleplay chat platform looking for a full-time community moderator to help run our Discord server and subreddit. What you'll do - Moderate our Discord and subreddit day-to-day — handle reports, enforce rules, welcome new members, keep things healthy. - Run community events end-to-end (contests, AMAs, character showcases, etc.) - Drive engagement in both spaces — start conversations, surface good content, keep channels active. - Build relationships with our creators — the people making characters on the platform. Know who they are, what they're working on, what they need. - Be the eyes and ears: tell us what the community is talking about, what they love, what they're frustrated with. You should be - Genuinely into AI chat/roleplay platforms. You use them, you understand how character cards and prompts work, you know the landscape (Character.AI, Janitor, SillyTavern, Chub, etc.). - Experienced moderating a Discord server and/or subreddit of decent size. - A clear communicator in writing. - Reliable, full-time available
