Disposition Manager For Large Real Estate Firm

We are looking for a serious Disposition Manager to help us sell real estate opportunities to investors at speed. This is not a basic sales role. We acquire a large volume of off-market real estate opportunities across multiple markets. Your job is simple: Move deals. You will be responsible for building buyer relationships, presenting opportunities, coordinating walkthroughs, negotiating offers, collecting EMD, and making sure every deal gets pushed to the finish line. We need someone who can speak with confidence, negotiate with certainty, and communicate like a professional operator. What You Will Do * Speak with real estate investors daily * Build and manage buyer relationships * Send deals to qualified buyers * Coordinate walkthroughs * Filter serious buyers from time-wasters * Negotiate purchase prices * Create urgency without sounding desperate * Follow up until EMD is wired * Keep backup buyers warm * Work closely with our acquisition and project management team * Help maximize profit on every deal We want someone who is: * Extremely sharp * Fast on the phone * Confident when speaking * Strong at negotiation * Clear with communication * Organized with follow-up * Able to handle pressure * Comfortable speaking with investors * Not afraid to push for better numbers * Not easily intimidated You must sound certain.
