About FLC Financial Group FLC Financial Group is building a modern Finance company. We're looking for an experienced DisputeFox specialist to build the operational systems behind our business. This is not a dispute processor role. You'll be responsible for designing the backend of our DisputeFox environment, from onboarding and automations to workflows, templates, client pipelines, and operational standards. Our goal is simple: Create a backend that is efficient, scalable, and capable of delivering a consistent client experience as we grow. # Your Mission Build the engine behind our Credit Engineering operation. Design systems that scale. Automate repetitive work. Create processes the team can rely on. # Responsibilities ✅ Design and build our complete DisputeFox backend ✅ Create client onboarding workflows ✅ Configure automations, triggers, and task sequences ✅ Build pipelines, stages, and client workflows ✅ Create templates, forms, and internal documentation ✅ Develop SOPs for team consistency ✅ Configure dashboards, reminders, and reporting ✅ Organize dispute workflows from intake through completion ✅ Improve efficiency by reducing manual work ✅ Recommend operational improvements as we grow # Requirements 🔹 Advanced DisputeFox experience 🔹 Experience building automations and backend workflows 🔹 Strong understanding of onboarding systems 🔹 Experience creating SOPs and operational processes 🔹 Excellent organization and documentation 🔹 High attention to detail 🔹 Ability to build systems that scale 🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills # Preferred ⭐ Experience launching a DisputeFox operation from scratch ⭐ Credit Repair Cloud experience ⭐ SmartCredit or IdentityIQ experience ⭐ Workflow automation experience ⭐ CRM and project management platforms ⭐ Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA # Who You Are You think in systems.
