AI Document Audit Specialist

Summary Overview: We are hiring a contractor to build an AI-powered document audit system that ensures every client and caregiver folder is fully compliant. Goal: Instantly identify missing, expired, or incorrect documents across all files. This must be built for real-world compliance use, not a prototype. Scope of Work: 1. Folder Audit System (Primary) • Scan Google Drive folders • Detect required documents Flag: • Missing documents • Expired documents • Incorrect/mislabeled files 2. Folder Structure + Naming Standardization (Critical) • Create scalable folder structure • Define naming conventions • Ensure AI can reliably identify documents 3. Audit Output (Phase 1: Google Sheets) • Build a clear audit system showing: • Client/caregiver name • Folder link • Missing documents • Expired documents • Status (Complete / Incomplete) 4. Automation + Monitoring • Trigger audits when files are added • Flag upcoming expirations • Enable repeatable audits 5. Documentation + Training (Required) • SOP documentation • Loom videos: • System overview • Running audits • Fixing issues • 2–3 live training sessions Project is not complete until our team can independently operate the system.
