Document Layout Designer for Premium Workbook / Corporate-Ready PDF

I am looking for a document layout designer to redesign a business networking workbook. The written content is already completed. I need help turning it into a modern, polished, visually appealing workbook that feels professional enough for paid programs and future corporate-facing use. This is not a simple Canva cleanup. I need strong layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, brand alignment, and a clean design system that can carry through the full workbook. The workbook is for The Art of Business Networking (TAOBN™), a brand focused on helping women, professionals, and relationship-driven leaders Meet People on PURPOSE (MPOP™) through intentional networking, relationship-building, and business growth. I would like to start with a small paid test project before committing to the full workbook. If the test project is a good fit, this may lead to the full workbook redesign and future TAOBN product materials. The test project would include: * cover redesign concept * copyright page * table of contents * About the Author page * one chapter opener * one content/story page * one worksheet page Please estimate how many hours you would need for the paid test project before starting. Please also share examples of workbooks, eBooks, corporate PDFs, training guides, reports, or business documents you have designed. Preferred tools: * Adobe InDesign * Canva * Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop * PowerPoint or Google Slides helpful but not required Final deliverable should be polished, professional, easy to read, and suitable for both digital use and future print use.
