Document Management Database Developer

We need a developer to build a document management database with a subsystem for tracking assets in warehouses and matching inventory to project procurement plans. The system should support efficient inventory listing, document organization, and alignment with procurement needs. This is a small, part-time project for someone who can create a clear, functional solution and help improve workflow for inventory and document management. UPDATE: Sending this along for information of questions I have. I have not yet worked out inventory, invoicing, nor the specifics. Interested how this is accessed with secure logins? And hosted where? What is the database managament location for storage? What ai tools can be built on later? Can it sync up to a project drive on a server? Does it have a checking in and checking out function to manage change control? How much would it cost to maintain for 4000 users of the inventory management similar to ebay but with parameters for equipment (tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, lab equipment and skids) What is your updated cost estimate with these functions?
