Facebook Marketplace Sales Manager — Austin, TX Home Clearance (Ongoing, 2-4 weeks) I'm selling the entire contents of my home in Austin, TX (78702) and need someone to fully manage the sale from listing to completed pickup. Everything is pre-organized and ready — I just need a reliable person to run point on all of it. **What's included from my side: 39 fully written listings with titles, descriptions, and asking prices A complete Excel tracker for all items Photos for every item Clear briefing document with all instructions ***Your full responsibilities: **Listing & Posting Log into my Facebook account and post all 39 listings exactly as written Add correct photos, category, price, and Austin TX 78702 location to each Screenshot each live listing URL and maintain a running list Repost or refresh listings that aren't getting traction after a few days **Buyer Communication Respond to ALL buyer inquiries promptly (within a few hours ideally) Answer questions about items honestly and helpfully Negotiate prices within guidelines I'll provide (e.g. "don't go below X") Manage multiple interested buyers and prioritize the most serious Handle no-shows, lowball offers, and bundle requests professionally **Pickup Coordination: Schedule pickup times with buyers (property is in East Austin, 78702) Confirm pickups 24 hours in advance Maintain a pickup calendar and share updates with me Coordinate any necessary rescheduling **Tracking & Reporting Update the Excel tracker as items sell (status, buyer name, sale price) Send me a brief daily update on what sold, what's pending, and what needs attention Flag any issues immediately **Guidelines you'll follow: Payment from buyers is Venmo or Zelle only — no cash, no exceptions I'll give you a floor price for each item so you know how low you can go All pickups are at the property — no delivery You'll have a point of contact on-site for access coordination **Ideal candidate: Has managed Facebook Marketplace sales or similar resale platforms before Excellent communicator — prompt, professional, and personable Organized and proactive — flags issues before they become problems Available daily for the duration of the project (approx. 2-4 weeks) Comfortable negotiating and handling difficult buyers **To apply, please answer: Have you managed Facebook Marketplace listings and buyer communication before?
