If that excites you, keep reading. What the work looks like You will receive raw interview footage and shape it into a story a potential client can watch and trust. The best edits here feel effortless: a clear arc, a strong opening, a clean ending. Restraint is a skill in this kind of work. You are not building spectacle. You are building belief. What you will be doing 1. Edit raw interview footage into documentary-style customer testimonials 2. Find the story within each interview and shape it for clarity, emotion, and credibility 3. Apply light color correction and music 4. Follow templates and naming conventions consistently 5. Deliver organized Premiere Pro project files on deadline 6. Collaborate with the senior editor so projects move smoothly What we are looking for 1. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro 2. Experience editing interviews, podcasts, or testimonial-style content 3. Strong editorial judgment; you know which soundbites matter and why 4. Good pacing instincts; engaging without over-editing 5. Clear communication, especially when something is unclear or blocked 6. Reliable internet and the ability to handle large file transfers Nice to have 1. Basic After Effects knowledge 2. Experience with captions and SRT workflows 3. Comfort using AI tools to support editing speed 4. Interest in long-form storytelling or documentary work What to expect from us This is a long-term remote role with real growth opportunity.
