Documentary Wedding Story Film | 15–20 Minute Narrative Film

I’m looking for a story-first documentary editor to create a 15-minute cinematic wedding Story Film, plus a 45–60 second trailer. This is not a traditional wedding highlight or a chronological recap of the day. The film will combine: Cinematic sit-down interviews with the couple, parents, siblings and closest friends Welcome-event footage Natural documentary moments throughout the wedding weekend Getting ready, first look and private vows Ceremony audio and footage Speeches and live performance Story Booth interviews with guests Reception and celebration footage The central question behind the film is: Why does this day matter? The story should introduce who the couple is, where they came from, the people who shaped them, why they chose each other and what they hope to build together. The wedding weekend provides the natural visual progression, while interviews, vows, ceremony audio, speeches and Story Booth moments should be woven throughout wherever they best serve the story. I already have a strong creative vision and general three-act structure, but I’m looking for an editor who can review the material, identify the strongest emotional threads and help shape the final narrative.
