Documentary/YouTube Editor to Create Thoughtful and Surreal Internet Films

Hello fellow humans! I'm looking for a video editor to turn vlog footage into a compelling long-form narrative. Someone who is able to make interesting and unexpected creative choices without turning the content into generic Mr. Beast style slop. The tone is informative but also darkly funny, sometimes surreal. This project is a blend of traditional documentary with modern YouTube. "Documentary" is a term that's often used to refer to faceless AI YouTube videos with lots of captions and ADHD-style graphics. This is NOT that. I want a collaborator who can edit fast and also has an eye for traditional filmmaking. Your brain cannot be totally rotted by TikTok yet!
