Documentation Translator & Whitelabel Adaptation Specialist (DE/EN)

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to recreate and adapt an existing product documentation from our whitelabel partner into our own SaaS brand You will receive: - Access to the whitelabel documentation - Access to Gitbook - Access to our platform (to create branded screenshots) Your task is to copy the documentation 1:1, replace all references to the whitelabel brand with our brand, and translate everything into German (you may use ChatGPT or other AI tools for translation). No videos need to be recreated—text + images only.

• 1. Documentation Conversion & Branding
• Go through the entire English documentation of our whitelabel provider.
• Rewrite it into branded documentation.
• Replace all mentions of the whitelabel brand, product names, or URLs with ours.
• Maintain the structure, formatting, and clarity of the original documentation.
• 2. Translation (EN → DE)
• Translate the full documentation into clear, natural German.
• Ensure terminology aligns with Swiss German preferences when appropriate (ss instead of ß).
• You may use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist — but manual review is required.
• Documentation will be written in Gitbook
• 3. Screenshot Creation
• Use the account provided by us
• Recreate relevant screenshots identical to the ones in the original doc. inlcuding arrows and boxes
