Draft Site and Floor Plans for Villa Development

We are seeking assistance in drafting site and floor plans for a small villa or townhouse development on a 1,800 m2 plot of flat land in Koh Samui. The project involves creating detailed architectural designs for the development, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and drafting, with a strong understanding of spatial planning and design aesthetics. A key aspect of this project will be designing layouts & floor plans that will optimise the existing plots (3x 600m2, not all shaped the same), and will include an internal access road. We want to explore the optimal master plan to utilise the existing space & access roads. We are debating between small free-standing villas and semi-detached homes or even townhomes. We are hoping for around 100-120 m2 of total built-up space, with at least 70-80 m2 of indoor space (under AC), but this might change as we see how the layouts will fit onto our plots. We are experienced developers in Thailand and can advise regarding building regulations, so no specific Thailand experience is needed. Experience designing in tropical/holiday markets, possibly in Thailand/Southeast Asia, is preferred but not strictly necessary. Understanding of tropical villa design will be a plus.
