Drafter for Exterior Elevations — Architectural Elevation Revisions

I need a drafter to create clean, to-scale existing and proposed exterior elevations for an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) submission in to our HOA board in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Scope of work: • Use my existing 2011 PDF construction plans as the base/reference. • Create to-scale elevations for the South (gulf-facing) and West sides. • Show the existing conditions with the current single-hung windows + transoms. • Show the proposed conditions with new picture windows (same overall rough opening size) replacing the single-hung + transom on the south side. • Show one downstairs window on the west elevation being patched/filled in, with the wall finished to match the surrounding siding/stucco. Show a new 4 panel glass slider in the upstairs south facing master bedroom replacing the 2 French Doors for a 16'x8' glass slider • Add clear notes or callouts for the changes. • Include a simple window schedule or product callouts once I provide the specs. • Deliver professional PDF drawings suitable for HOA submission. Deliverables: • PDF of the drawings (existing + proposed elevations) • Editable file (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) if possible What I will provide: • PDF of the original 2011 house plans • Current photos of the elevations • Written description of the changes • Window product specifications (once selected)
