Drafting/Structural Drawing for a residential house remodel

Summary

I am remodeling a house and converting an existing covered patio to living space (about 400 Sqft) in a ONE STORY 2200 sqft residential house in San Diego, California. I need full package for submittal to the San Diego Development Dept for building permit and support until the building permit is issued by the city. The submittal package is mostly complete. I need someone to finish the remaining drawings and do some simple structural calcs. I already have survey and soil report done. I will handle the online submittal to the city. You will also help with the city's comments and correction requests until the permit is issued. I have the Existing and New floor plans drawn in Chief Architect and can provide the file in DWG/DXF or PDF. I have attached a copy of the new floor plan.
