Summary

Seeking an experienced hydraulic draftsperson or plumbing designer to prepare plumbing and drainage drawings for a commercial building redevelopment in Brisbane, Australia. Scope includes updating existing services, extending sanitary drainage lines, reducing fixture counts, and preparing a permit-ready drawing package for Brisbane City Council approval. Existing plans and building layouts will be provided. Deliverables: Site hydraulic plan Proposed sanitary drainage plan Water reticulation plan Fixture schedule Any details required for BCC plumbing approval Applicants must have experience with Australian plumbing standards (AS/NZS 3500) and commercial hydraulic drawings. Experience with Brisbane City Council plumbing applications is highly desirable.
