About the Role We are looking for a highly proactive, AI-savvy Virtual Assistant who can leverage modern AI tools to increase productivity, streamline operations, and support business growth. This role combines executive assistance, project coordination, and social media management. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, tech-forward, resourceful, organized, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Virtual Assistant Duties Manage calendars, appointments, and email communications. Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently. Conduct online research and compile reports. Create and maintain SOPs and documentation. Assist with CRM updates and lead management. Coordinate with team members, clients, and partners. Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI tools. AI & Automation Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI tools daily. Create prompts and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency. Automate repetitive tasks using tools such as Zapier, Make, and AI agents. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements. Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms. Develop engaging captions, graphics, and short-form content using AI. Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments. Track analytics and provide performance reports. Assist in developing content calendars and marketing campaigns. Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities. Required Qualifications Fluent English (written and spoken). Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Social Media Manager. Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Experience creating short-form video content. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
