Driver Recruiter for Logistics Company

We are a growing U.S.-based trucking company seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully recruiting CDL drivers. The ideal candidate is currently working, or has recently worked, in driver recruiting for a trucking company and understands the challenges of attracting and retaining qualified drivers. Strong English communication skills are required, along with the ability to build relationships and effectively screen candidates. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who can consistently meet hiring goals and contribute to company growth. Experience using recruiting platforms, social media, driver databases, and industry-specific recruiting methods is strongly preferred. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, performance, and results.
