Dropshipping Fulfillment Agent - 1,100 orders/month to France - flat fee per parcel, no markup on product cost

I run two French e-commerce stores, around 1,100 orders per month, 450 active references, everything shipping to France. I am looking for a dropshipping fulfillment agent to replace my current one. I am going to be blunt about the model, because it is the whole point of this posting and most agents will not accept it. THE MODEL I WANT I pay you a flat fee per parcel shipped. You do not take a percentage of order value, and you do not mark up the product. Concretely, for every order: - Product cost: the real price you actually paid on the Chinese domestic wholesale platforms. Not a "product price" with your margin baked in. - Your fee: a fixed amount per parcel, the same whether the item costs 3 EUR or 80 EUR. - Shipping: the real carrier cost. Three separate lines on the invoice. If the margin simply moves onto the shipping line, this does not work either. Most agents refuse this because their income IS the hidden purchase price. I understand that, and I am not asking anyone to work for free - I am asking to pay you visibly instead of invisibly. Tell me your number per parcel and I will pay it. WHY I AM DOING THIS My current agent buys on the Chinese domestic platforms and resells to me. On one product I sell every day, she charges 8.90 USD for an item the factory sells at 2.14 USD. I only discovered it by having someone check the source independently. I do not blame her - it is how her model works. I want a different model. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU 1. Purchase transparency. The supplier listing link and the price you paid, visible to me per product. 2. Flat fee per parcel. Your number, stated in your proposal. 3. Itemised invoicing. Product, your fee, shipping - separately. 4. Quality inspection before shipping. This is not optional and I will pay for it properly. Tell me your price per parcel checked, what the check covers, and how many photos I receive. My largest category is orthopaedic and comfort footwear - shoes, sandals, insoles, braces, posture supports. There the check is visual and dimensional: correct size, matching left and right pair, stitching, sole bonding. My second category is seasonal cooling appliances and cleaning devices - portable air coolers, misters, pressure washers, cordless vacuums, window-cleaning robots. There it is a power-on functional test. Do not quote me one generic inspection price for both. 5. Defect handling. When the inspection catches a fault, you return it to the supplier and replace it before it ships. Tell me who bears that cost. 6. Storage. If I stock best-sellers with you: price per cubic metre per month, any free period, and how long you hold slow-moving stock. 7. Stock and price alerts. Tell me BEFORE a product goes out of stock or a supplier raises the price, not after the customer has paid. 8. Processing time. Your cut-off between a paid order and the parcel leaving. 9. Liability. Lost parcel, damage in transit, return - who pays what, agreed in writing before we start. 10. A system, not a chat. I run 450 references and my own inventory software. I need an API or at minimum a portal where I see orders, stock and tracking. Chat messages do not scale. 11. Shipping to France. Which channels, what cost for a 1 kg parcel to a home address, and whether you ship DDP with EU VAT and the 3 EUR per declaration line handled correctly. If you do not know what I am referring to, you have not updated your offer for Europe. 12. No exclusivity. If you source a supplier for me, I stay free to buy from them directly, with no penalty. HOW WE START A paid pilot: 20 to 30 real orders, on products I already sell, fulfilled exactly as described above. I pay your fee per parcel plus the real costs. If it works, you get 1,100 orders a month. Yes or no, and a link to the documentation if yes - One sentence: are you willing to show me the real purchase price you paid? If the answer is no, please do not apply - it is the entire point of this posting and we will both waste time. Do not send a generic proposal about how you handle sourcing, quality and shipping.
