Summary

We’re looking for a talented e-commerce specialist who understands how to transform a basic product website into a premium, emotionally engaging brand experience. Our brand, is in the floral/wedding space, and while the current site functions well, it still feels too transactional and “dropshipping-like.” We want to elevate it into something that feels human, intentional, and trustworthy—more like a brand people connect with than a store they scroll past. This is not just a technical optimization role. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and customer psychology.
