We bring property owners, brokers, and property management companies together with tenants — backed by Dubai Land Department transaction data surfaced transparently to all parties. We need an SEO specialist to help owners, brokers, and PMCs find and list on DoorKee. This is supply-side SEO only — we are not optimising for tenant searches. Target keywords: "list property dubai," "landlord portal uae," "broker listing platform dubai," "how to rent out apartment dubai." 3-month scope: Month 1: Full technical audit, fix critical issues (site is Next.js / React — CSR rendering matters), build 3 supply-side landing pages, deploy schema, set up GA4 conversion tracking Month 2: 21-page programmatic content matrix (Dubai sub-market × audience type), 4–5 authority articles using DLD data, link building foundation Month 3: GSC optimisation, conversion attribution, Arabic SEO scoping, Month 4 roadmap What makes this role different: We surface DLD rental transaction data to all parties — owners, brokers, tenants — in one place. Bayut and Property Finder have this data too, but it's buried. Our angle is making it the centrepiece. The right SEO person will know how to turn published DLD data into content that earns coverage in Gulf News, Arabian Business, and Khaleej Times — something none of the big portals bother doing. Weekly deliverables required — not monthly. Every week has a concrete output (audit doc, tech spec, published page, or report).
