Needs to hire 5 Freelancers Summary We are seeking skilled Dubbing Adapters to adapt translated scripts into natural, lip-sync-friendly dialogue. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the emotional authenticity, cultural accuracy, and precise pacing of international content, helping stories resonate with local audiences globally. Language Requirements: Qualified candidates must demonstrate native or near-native fluency in the target language and professional proficiency in the source language. Targeted Language Pairs Include (but are not limited to): • Korean to English • Mandarin to English (Please specify your primary language pair in your application.) Key Responsibilities: • Transform translated scripts into engaging, lip-sync-compatible dialogue that flows naturally. • Ensure all lines align perfectly with the timing, pacing, and lip movements of the original video. • Preserve the tone, character voice, and emotional intent of the source material. • Work closely with project managers and reviewers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. • Proactively incorporate editorial feedback to refine the final script. Qualifications: • Native or near-native fluency in the target language. • Proven experience in dubbing adaptation, script localization, or professional screenwriting. • Demonstrated ability to work within strict dubbing constraints (lip-sync, pacing, timing). • Strong command of grammar and creative writing with a keen ear for natural dialogue. • Proven ability to meet strict project deadlines and manage workload independently.
