Due Diligence Consultant

I am seeking an experienced Investment Due Diligence Consultant to support the evaluation of a potential investment opportunity in an established UK-based beauty brand. The business has been trading for approximately five years and has provided a pitch deck, financial information, and supporting materials. I require an independent consultant to conduct commercial and financial due diligence and provide an objective, well-reasoned assessment of the opportunity. All findings should be reported back to me as the project coordinator throughout the process and I will relay findings to the investor directly. Responsibilities: • Review pitch deck, financial statements, and supporting documentation • Identify key risks, opportunities, assumptions, and areas requiring clarification • Conduct commercial, operational, and financial due diligence • Develop a list of questions and areas for further investigation • Join calls with the founders and challenge assumptions and probe responses in real time. Be prepared to rebut answers that don't stack up, rather than relying on written follow-up • Highlight any concerns, inconsistencies, or risks • Produce a clear written summary outlining findings and a definitive recommendation: is this worth investing in, on what terms, and why?
