Dutch Customer Support

Hey! I’m Ward, the founder of Cowmit. We sell 100% grass-fed protein bars through our Shopify webshop. Our brand is growing fast, and I’m looking for an awesome customer support rockstar to take over my mailbox and social media comments. Your job will be simple: keep my customers happy, protect our brand voice, and make sure every email or comment receives a fast, friendly response. What you will be doing: Email Support: Managing incoming customer emails (questions about shipping, tracking, invoices, complaints, and B2B inquiries). Social Media Engagement: Replying to comments on our social media ads and posts to turn onlookers into buyers. Problem Solving: Handling fulfillment errors (e.g., sending replacements if the warehouse makes a mistake) using our clear, customer-first guidelines. Our Brand Voice (Crucial): We talk to our customers like we are talking to a 4th grader—simple, direct, short sentences, and super transparent. No corporate jargon, no fake "corporate" politeness, and no emojis (we only use standard smiles like :) or ;)). Requirements: Dutch speaker (this is non-negotiable, you must understand Dutch internet culture and nuances). Experience with Shopify and email support tools is a big plus.
