Dutch Linguistic Evaluator (Netherlands & Belgium Native Speakers)

Overview Are you a native Dutch speaker from the Netherlands or Belgium with outstanding communication skills and a passion for supporting language development? We are looking for confident, articulate Dutch speakers from the Netherlands and Belgium to participate in simulated call sessions aimed at improving Dutch communication skills in professional and business settings. Key Responsibilities Participate in live or recorded simulated conversations as a native Dutch speaker. Evaluate participants’ spoken Dutch, including fluency, pronunciation, clarity, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication effectiveness. Deliver structured, constructive, and actionable feedback to help learners improve their language skills. Support participants in building confidence and enhancing their professional and conversational Dutch communication. Act as a model for authentic Dutch language usage, communication styles, and cultural nuances. Ideal Candidate Native Dutch speaker currently residing in the Netherlands or Belgium. Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. Strong assessment skills with the ability to objectively identify communication strengths and areas for improvement. Professional, supportive, and encouraging communication style. Previous experience in language coaching, training, teaching, assessment, customer service, or other communication-focused roles is an advantage, but not essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Dutch language teaching, tutoring, coaching, or proficiency assessment. Familiarity with evaluating pronunciation, fluency, and communication effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in language learning and professional development. High attention to detail and awareness of regional and linguistic variations in Dutch.
