Dutch Speaking Outreach Specialist

We are a European manufacturer of charred timber cladding (Shou Sugi Ban), working with architects, developers, and contractors across the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and wider Europe. We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Outreach Specialist to help us build relationships with architecture studios, developers, and construction professionals. We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with businesses. Your responsibilities: – Research architecture studios, developers, and contractors – Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone – Follow up with potential clients – Organise leads in our CRM – Help arrange sample deliveries and meetings Requirements: – Fluent Dutch and good English – Strong written communication – Organised and detail-oriented – Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups – B2B experience is a plus About us: BAUWN is a manufacturer specialising in charred timber cladding and custom wood finishes.
