Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (Finance, Accounting, Procurement & Dynamics 365 Sales Integration) Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to help our company implement and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central from scratch, with a primary focus on: Finance & Accounting Purchasing & Procurement Financial Reporting General Ledger Accounts Payable & Receivable Banking & Cash Management Fixed Assets Approval Workflows Master Data Setup In addition, we need integration between Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) to ensure smooth data flow between our sales and finance operations. Important Requirement: Hands-On Training This is not a traditional implementation project. One of our internal team members will work closely with you throughout the project. We expect a hands-on mentorship approach where our team member actively participates in the setup and configuration process, learns best practices, and gains the capability to manage and extend the system independently in the future. The consultant should explain: System architecture and setup decisions Configuration steps Financial setup and posting structures Procurement workflows Security and permissions Integration design Reporting configuration Best practices and common pitfalls Knowledge transfer and training are mandatory deliverables. Scope of Work Business Central environment setup Company configuration Chart of Accounts design/review Financial dimensions structure Posting groups configuration Procurement and purchasing setup Approval workflow configuration User roles and permissions Financial reporting setup Integration with Dynamics 365 Sales Testing and validation Documentation Hands-on training sessions Required Experience Strong experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central Proven finance and accounting expertise Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with Dynamics 365 Sales Ability to explain concepts clearly and train internal staff Microsoft certifications are highly preferred Experience with multi-company or international implementations is a plus Long-Term Opportunity We are looking for a consultant who can become a long-term partner.
