ELA Resource Creator for Teachers Pay Teachers (Teaching Experience Required)

I'm looking for an experienced U.S. educator to help create seasonal reading warmup resources for upper elementary and middle school students. This project is an extension of an existing reading warm-up program. I will provide examples and templates, and you'll help create monthly themed review sets that match the format, rigor, and style of the existing resources. The initial project will be a paid trial assignment consisting of one seasonal review set. If it's a good fit, there is potential for ongoing work across multiple curriculum projects. Project Overview You will: • Review existing reading warm-up materials and templates • Create grade-level fiction, nonfiction, and drama passages • Write standards-aligned comprehension questions • Develop answer keys and explanations • Work inside PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools appropriately to increase efficiency while maintaining educational quality • Follow established formats and style guides Ideal Candidate Required: • Former or current U.S. classroom teacher (elementary or middle school preferred) • Strong understanding of reading comprehension instruction • Experience creating educational resources (TPT preferred) • Comfortable writing and editing student-facing content • Microsoft PowerPoint experience • Google Docs and Google Forms experience • Canva experience • Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools as part of a workflow • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written English Preferred: • Experience selling or creating resources for Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) • Familiarity with state assessments and test-prep style questions • Experience writing passages and comprehension questions • Curriculum development experience Availability I'm looking for someone with availability of approximately 20 hours per week over the next several weeks. The first assignment will be a paid trial project. My goal is to find a long-term curriculum partner who can assist with future reading, writing, and educational product development projects.
