ESG Data and Market Researcher (Hiring in Philippines)

You'll collect and verify company data on Social and Human Capital topics like diversity, employee well-being, and workforce practices. At Denominator, you’ll help build one of the world’s most comprehensive sustainability databases, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data that drives real-world impact. We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented researchers for a long-term, remote role (~30 hours/week). Preference for candidates in the Philippines, where we have an active and collaborative team. Interested in topics like diversity, inclusion, and human rights. Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Research or sustainability experience is a plus, not a must.
