PROJECT 1 — ESG SPECIALIST: INSURANCE & FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Title: ESG Specialist – Insurance & Financial Institutions | Gap Analysis, Strategy, KPI Development & Bilingual Report (EN/AR) Overview: We are seeking an experienced ESG Specialist to lead a comprehensive sustainability engagement for an Insurance and Financial Institutions company. This is a fixed-price project with a 4-month timeline starting immediately. The successful candidate will drive our ESG program from diagnostic through to a fully designed, bilingual ESG report in English and Arabic. Scope of Work: ESG Gap Analysis Conduct a thorough gap analysis benchmarked against GRI, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (S1/S2), and UN SDGs Assess current ESG performance across environmental, social, and governance dimensions relevant to the insurance and financial services sector Identify material topics, risks, and opportunities specific to financial institutions Deliver a structured gap analysis report with prioritized findings ESG Strategy Development Develop a sector-specific ESG strategy aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices for insurance and financial institutions Define short, medium, and long-term ESG goals with clear ownership and accountability structures Align strategy to relevant frameworks including TCFD climate-related financial disclosures KPI Development Design a robust ESG KPI framework tailored to the insurance and financial institutions sector Ensure KPIs are measurable, time-bound, and mapped to GRI, TCFD, IFRS, and UN SDG indicators Establish baseline values and target-setting methodology Policy Review & Development Review all existing ESG-related policies for adequacy, alignment, and completeness Identify policy gaps and develop new ESG policies where none currently exist Ensure policies reflect sector-specific regulatory and stakeholder expectations Bilingual ESG Report (English & Arabic) Author a comprehensive ESG report covering all findings, strategy, KPIs, and policy highlights Full professional design and formatting to publication standard Delivered in both English and Arabic with accurate, professional translation Report must conform to GRI Standards disclosure structure Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in ESG consulting within the insurance, banking, or broader financial services sector Strong command of GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, and UN SDG frameworks Demonstrated experience developing ESG policies from scratch Prior experience producing bilingual (English/Arabic) ESG or sustainability reports Excellent writing, design coordination, and stakeholder communication skills Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage Project Type: Fixed Price Duration: 4 months (immediate start) Deliverables: Gap Analysis Report, ESG Strategy Document, KPI Framework, ESG Policies, Bilingual ESG Report (EN/AR) To apply, please share relevant ESG reports or sustainability work samples, your proposed approach, and a fixed-price quote. --- PROJECT 2 — ESG SPECIALIST: FOOD & BEVERAGE Title: ESG Specialist – Food & Beverage | Gap Analysis, Strategy, KPI Development & Policy Development Overview: We are seeking an experienced ESG Specialist to lead a comprehensive sustainability engagement for a Food and Beverage company. This is a fixed-price project with a 4-month timeline starting immediately. The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end ESG program development across gap analysis, strategy, KPI design, and policy development. Scope of Work: ESG Gap Analysis - Conduct a sector-relevant gap analysis benchmarked against GRI, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and UN SDGs - Assess current ESG performance across key F&B material topics including supply chain, water, energy, packaging, food safety, labor practices, and community impact - Identify risks, opportunities, and disclosure gaps specific to the food and beverage industry - Deliver a structured gap analysis report with prioritized findings ESG Strategy Development - Develop a practical, sector-specific ESG strategy aligned with F&B industry expectations and global sustainability standards - Address value chain considerations including sourcing, production, distribution, and waste - Define short, medium, and long-term ESG goals with clear ownership and accountability structures KPI Development - Design an ESG KPI framework tailored to the food and beverage sector - Include metrics relevant to F&B such as carbon emissions, water consumption, waste diversion, supplier compliance, and employee welfare - Ensure KPIs are measurable, time-bound, and mapped to GRI, IFRS, and UN SDG indicators - Establish baseline values and target-setting methodology Policy Review & Development - Review all existing ESG-related policies for adequacy, alignment, and completeness - Identify policy gaps and develop new ESG policies where none currently exist - Ensure policies reflect supply chain, environmental, and social expectations of the F&B sector Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in ESG consulting within the food, beverage, agriculture, or consumer goods sector - Strong command of GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, and UN SDG frameworks - Demonstrated experience identifying material topics and developing ESG policies for F&B or FMCG companies - Excellent writing and stakeholder communication skills Project Type: Fixed Price Duration: 4 months (immediate start) Deliverables: Gap Analysis Report, ESG Strategy Document, KPI Framework, ESG Policies To apply, please share relevant ESG reports or sustainability work samples, your proposed approach, and a fixed-price quote.
