(EUROPEANS ONLY) Video Editor for Meta Ads – Premium Baby/Parenting D2C Brand + AI Video (Long-Term)

Summary We are looking for our 2nd Video Editor / Cutter (based in Europe) to join our team on a long-term, weekly freelance basis to edit our Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who can support a steady weekly workflow, think independently, and grow with a fast-scaling creative team. We're planning a collaboration of one year and beyond, with at least one (or two) full editing day(s) per week as we grow. We are Faitron AG, and we operate BabyBoo (mybabyboo.com) – a fast-growing, premium D2C consumer goods brand focused on Europe, with immediate plans to expand into the US/CA markets. Our flagship products are our innovative Baby Food Maker and BabyBoo Food Warmer, with several exciting launches coming later this year. The Role & What We Need: Every week we provide you with clear creative briefs, angles, and concepts across our full funnel — Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel, and Retargeting — which rotate weekly. Your job is to turn our content into high-converting, scroll-stopping video ads. - Volume: a weekly batch of video ads, each delivered in German, English, and (as of recently) Spanish and Italian. We provide all translations; you generate clean, natural-sounding voiceovers using AI voice tools. - Style: primarily UGC-style content, with occasional premium BOF concepts that look and feel more polished. Fast cuts, strong sound effects, and quick adaptation to new trends. - Marketing focus: everything is built around our persona — young mothers with babies. Every hook, cut, and sound choice should be made to grab her attention and drive her to interact and convert. - Our content library: we maintain a large library of existing videos you'll work from, plus fresh UGC content coming in monthly from new creators. Your Profile: - EUROPEAN-based. - Strong video editing skills: clean cuts, sound design/effects, engaging headlines, and a real understanding of how a hook grabs attention and how to cut for retention and conversion. - AI video creation knowledge — consistent-looking generations. A ready prompt library and a planned, structured workflow is a big plus. - Proficient with AI voice generation for multilingual VOs. - Proactive and independent: someone who thinks for themselves, spots when a hook runs too long, when a VO doesn't sound right, or when content doesn't match — and suggests improvements or changes instead of just executing blindly. - Fluent in English; German is a massive plus (half our ads are in German). Italian, Spanish, or other European languages are a plus.
