EVM Blockchain Distributed Systems Engineer (Python, Postgres, Redis)

I need a Platform Architect & Distributed Systems Engineer to help design and specify a high-throughput AI metering, billing, and on-chain settlement platform for autonomous agents consuming shared resources (LLM, STT, TTS, browser automation, APIs, GPU, messaging, etc.). The ideal candidate has deep experience with event sourcing, Redis, PostgreSQL, EVM architecture, payment or ledger systems, and cryptographic settlement models. Deliverables include a complete architecture repository containing domain model markdowns and ADRs, Mermaid/C4/sequence diagrams, PostgreSQL DDL and analytical SQL queries, Redis schemas and Lua authorization/reservation scripts, OpenAPI and AsyncAPI interface definitions, Solidity interfaces/contracts and EIP-712 delegation models, Python simulation/replay/audit harnesses, Node/Python service skeletons, dashboard specifications, reconciliation procedures, threat models, and capacity-planning documentation. The role is architecture-first: the primary objective is producing an internally consistent implementation specification that you or another engineer can build from directly. The candidate may leverage Claude, ChatGPT, Gemeni, Grok and other LLMs extensively for drafting schemas, diagrams, event models, API contracts, Redis scripts, SQL migrations, simulator scaffolding, Solidity interfaces, threat analyses, and operational documentation, but is expected to validate assumptions, refine edge cases, and ensure production-grade architectural coherence, scalability, and security.
