Early-Stage Growth Operator (Travel Startup)

Title: Part-Time Community & Organic Growth Coordinator (Vietnam-based Travel Startup MVP) Description: We’re building an early-stage WhatsApp-based Vietnam travel concierge focused on helping international travelers coordinate airport transfers, rides, tours, and local travel support through conversational AI + human operations. We’re currently launching our MVP pilot in Hanoi and are looking for a part-time freelance coordinator to help support early organic growth and community engagement. This is a flexible, project-based role during the MVP phase. Responsibilities may include: * Engaging in relevant travel/expat/backpacker communities * Helping introduce the service to potential travelers organically * Supporting community outreach and partnership research * Sharing feedback on traveler behavior and onboarding flow * Assisting with lightweight social/community growth efforts * Helping test messaging and positioning for the pilot Ideal Background: * Strong English communication * Familiarity with Hanoi tourism, backpacker, or digital nomad communities * Comfortable with online communication and outreach * Self-starter mentality * Hospitality, tourism, community management, or startup experience is a plus *SEO is a plus Compensation: Please include: * your proposed monthly fixed rate or milestone-based pricing * your availability * any relevant experience or community familiarity * ideas you would personally try to help generate early conversations/users for the MVP We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and excited to help test and grow an early-stage travel product.
