Easy but Time-Consuming WordPress Content Upload Task

We are looking for someone patient and detail-oriented to help us upload translated content to our WordPress website. This is not a translation project and it is not really a web development project either. We already have professional translations completed in Spanish, Russian, and Chinese (around 60 to 90 pages of copy/pasting in total). The work involves taking the translated text from our files and placing it into the correct pages and sections of our website. The website is already live, and the English version can be used as a reference. You will be working through the website page by page, copying the translated content and ensuring it is placed in the correct location. You may also need to adjust basic formatting, headings, buttons, spacing, and page content so that everything matches the existing English version. This is a simple task, but it is quite time-consuming due to the amount of content involved. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using WordPress, pays close attention to detail, and can work methodically without making mistakes. You do not need to speak Spanish, Russian, or Chinese, and you do not need to be a developer. Basic WordPress experience is all that is required. Experience with content entry, website updates, website localization, or similar administrative website tasks would be a plus. Our in-house web developer will provide clear instructions and guidance on exactly how the content should be added. Once hired, you will be added to our ClickUp workspace and a dedicated group chat where you will be able to ask questions, receive feedback, and communicate directly with our team throughout the project.
