EasyEDA PCB Layout Engineer

EasyEDA PCB Layout Update and Board Integration We are looking for an experienced PCB layout engineer to update an existing controller board design in EasyEDA The project involves: * Integrating an existing smaller PCB design into our main controller board * Rerouting portions of the controller board as needed * Replacing or adjusting a small number of components * Maintaining several existing mechanical and connector locations * Improving the layout using good practices for: * EMI/EMC performance * Thermal management * Signal and power integrity * Clean routing and grounding This is an update to an existing, working design—not a new board design from scratch. The schematics will remain largely unchanged, and only a handful of components are expected to require replacement or modification. Deliverables * Updated EasyEDA schematic and PCB layout * Updated component footprints and BOM, where applicable * Completed design-rule checks * Manufacturing-ready Gerber, BOM, and pick-and-place files * Editable EasyEDA source files Preferred Experience * Strong PCB layout experience in EasyEDA * Experience modifying and rerouting existing multilayer PCBs * Experience integrating two existing PCB designs * Familiarity with EMI/EMC, grounding, thermal management, and signal integrity * Ability to review component clearances and select mechanically compatible replacement parts Please include examples of similar PCB revision or integration projects, your hourly rate, and your estimated availability.
