Eclectic Interior Designer for Bold Multipurpose Room — Rendering + FF&E

I’m redesigning a small multipurpose room in my home and I’m looking for an interior designer to deliver a photorealistic 3D rendering and a complete FF&E / shopping list I can execute. This room is meant to be the boldest, most joyful, most expressive room in the house — eclectic, colorful, layered, and full of texture. It’s a hardworking space that serves several functions: a home business HQ, a music room (drum kit + guitars), a recording/podcasting corner, a cozy reading and reflection nook, and an occasional guest room. I already have a complete design brief (attached) with the vision, room dimensions, existing finishes, functions, inspiration images, and requested deliverables. This should make your job much faster — I’ve done the vision work; I need you to bring the execution, sourcing, and a rendering that lets me see it before we build. What I need delivered • Photorealistic 3D rendering of the room (at least 1–2 angles; more is a plus) showing the actual proposed furniture, colors, and layout • Scaled floor plan / furniture layout for the multipurpose zones • Full FF&E list — every item with source link, dimensions, and price, that I can buy myself • Wallpaper or mural recommendation (2–3 options) • Curtain + hardware spec (a velvet curtain concealing an open closet) • Sleeper sofa recommendation sized to fit a small corner • Lighting plan (task + ambient + recording-friendly) • Paint/wallpaper color codes + rug plan Who I’m looking for • A portfolio that shows eclectic, colorful, maximalist work — bold color, mixed textures, personality-forward rooms. Please only apply if your portfolio shows you’re comfortable with color (not all-neutral spaces). • Proven experience with small spaces and multipurpose / multifunctional rooms. • Comfort producing a realistic rendering (SketchUp + rendering engine, or similar) — not just a mood board. • US-based sourcing preferred so product links ship to me and match a real-world budget.
