Ecommerce & CRM Growth Manager for British jewellery brand (Shopify Plus + Klaviyo) We have a loved brand, a loyal customer base and a big opportunity to grow our own ecommerce channel. We're looking for an experienced ecommerce growth specialist to own this, initially on a freelance basis with potential to become a longer-term role. What you'll own: Trading and performance of our Shopify Plus website Conversion rate, AOV, retention and repeat purchase improvement Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle marketing Merchandising, product launches, promotions and key gifting moments Working with and challenging our paid media agency (PPC, Google Shopping, Meta) Weekly reporting on revenue, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, AOV and profitability. You must have: Proven experience growing an ecommerce brand, ideally jewellery, gifting, fashion, beauty or lifestyle Strong Shopify or Shopify Plus experience Strong Klaviyo experience with flows that demonstrably drove repeat-purchase revenue Solid understanding of PPC, Meta Ads and CRO, enough to challenge agency numbers Commercial fluency in margin, ROAS, CAC and profitability This is hands-on, not advisory. We need someone who can look at a product page, an email flow or a set of numbers, see what needs fixing, and fix it. Engagement: ongoing, approximately 2 to 3 days per week to start.
