Ecommerce Catalog & Product Operations Coordinator (WordPress / WooCommerce / XStore Theme)

Location: Remote (Freelance) We are looking for a serious, detail-oriented freelancer to help manage and maintain a large ecommerce catalog for our solar equipment business. Our website is built on WordPress + WooCommerce using the XStore theme, so applicants must already have experience working inside this environment. This is not a web development position—it is an ecommerce catalog operations role. If you have never managed hundreds or thousands of WooCommerce products, please do not apply. Primary Responsibilities Upload new products into WooCommerce Create and manage brand pages Update pricing and inventory Product quality assurance (QA) Organize categories and product attributes Upload datasheets, manuals, and specification files Maintain inventory using Google Sheets Verify product images, SKUs, weights, dimensions, and specifications Follow established workflows and SOPs Keep product information accurate and organized Required Experience ✔ Strong WordPress experience ✔ Strong WooCommerce catalog management experience ✔ Experience using the XStore theme (preferred) ✔ Comfortable working with large product catalogs (1,000+ products) ✔ Excellent Google Sheets / Excel skills ✔ Strong organizational skills ✔ Exceptional attention to detail ✔ Fast and reliable communication ✔ Ability to carefully follow written SOPs and checklists ✔ Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus Skills Solar industry experience Google Merchant Center experience Basic SEO knowledge Product page optimization Image optimization CSV import/export experience WooCommerce bulk editing tools Important This position is NOT for: WordPress beginners Virtual assistants without WooCommerce experience General web developers who have little catalog management experience Freelancers who disappear for days without communication We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce operations and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
