Looking for an independent ecommerce consultant/freelancer who can help diagnose why a D2C ecommerce brand is not scaling as expected. At this stage, I am NOT looking for ad management or agency services. I specifically need someone who can independently audit the business and identify where the biggest bottlenecks currently exist. The objective is to understand whether the problem lies in: • Traffic quality • Product page conversion • Customer journey friction • Checkout drop-offs • Offer/pricing perception • Brand trust or positioning gaps Looking only for diagnosis and business analysis first — not long-term execution.
