Customer Support Specialist - PART TIME JOB We are looking for a reliable part-time Customer Support Specialist to help manage support operations for an ecommerce brand. This is a remote part-time position, around 4 hours per day. Main responsibilities include: * Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner * Handling and responding to chargebacks/disputes * Replying to customer comments on social media * Escalating important cases when needed * Keeping communication clear, polite, and brand-friendly Requirements: * Strong written English * Previous customer support experience, preferably in ecommerce * Experience with chargebacks/disputes is a plus * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Able to work independently and follow instructions * Available to work approximately 4 hours per day Please apply with your previous experience, availability, and examples of similar support work if available.
