Summary

We're a Scandinavian home decor and personalized gifts brand looking for one person to manage our email marketing, CRO, and day-to-day website management. This is a full-time, dedicated role. You'll have full ownership of these core areas, The brand is around two years old, with a strong focus on digital marketing, and in this role, you'll be a key part of our growth team by creating landing pages for paid traffic, optimizing product pages and doing continous AB testing, as well as managing our email marketing end to end. What you'll own: Email marketing (Klaviyo) - Audit, rebuild, and continuously optimize all core flows - Plan and execute campaigns: copy, design direction and segmentation - Own deliverability, list health, and subscriber growth - Report on revenue attribution, flow performance, and campaign results _ CRO - Design and run structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses and documented outcomes - Build and improve landing pages/funnels for paid traffic _ Website management (Shopify) - Keep the website up to date at all times: New product launches, promotions, banners, translations and etc - Coordinate with the rest of the team so that whenever something is launching, the website is ready _ What we're looking for: - Deep Klaviyo experience (you've managed email marketing end to end) - Strong Shopify knowledge (you're comfortable managing and editing the store independently) - Extensive marketing knowledge (you have a good understanding of marketing principles and fundamentals) - Detail-oriented. You notice when something is outdated, broken, or off-brand and you fix it - Data-driven.
