Ecommerce Funnel Designer (Direct Response + CRO)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Funnel Designer who understands direct response marketing, conversion psychology, and CRO — not just “pretty design.” This role is for someone who knows how to build funnels that actually convert. You should understand: How to structure a high-converting sales page Visual hierarchy & scroll flow Mobile-first ecommerce UX Direct response principles Offer positioning Landing page psychology Conversion rate optimization (CRO) How creatives, copy, and page design work together You’ll be working closely with our team to build and optimize: Product pages Sales funnels Advertorials Checkout flows Upsells / post-purchase pages Landing pages for paid traffic What We’re Looking For Requirements Strong ecommerce funnel design experience Understanding of direct response marketing Strong CRO instincts Able to design for performance, not just aesthetics Experience designing mobile-first pages Good understanding of customer psychology Ability to interpret creative strategy and marketing angles into page layouts Huge Plus Experience with Funnelish Experience with Shopify Experience with advertorial-style funnels Understanding of Meta/TikTok paid traffic funnels Experience in automotive, DIY, tools, or blue-collar audiences What Success Looks Like Higher conversion rates Cleaner page flow Better readability and CTA placement Improved mobile experience Strong visual communication of the offer and product benefits To Apply Please send: Portfolio / examples of funnels you’ve designed Platforms you’ve worked with (Funnelish, Shopify, etc.) Any CRO wins or results you’ve achieved Your rate / availability Bonus if you can explain the thinking behind your funnel structure and conversion decisions.
