Ecommerce Product Specialist for Amazon and Shopify

About Us ARVÉRO is a premium luxury handbag brand offering beautifully crafted handbags made in Italy. We are expanding rapidly into multiple international marketplaces and are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Product Specialist to help manage our growing product catalog. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced with ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities Amazon Product Management ● Upload new products to Amazon USA and Amazon Japan ● Create and optimize product listings ● Write SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions ● Organize product variations (colors, sizes, etc.) ● Upload and manage product images ● Monitor listing quality and resolve listing issues ● Update pricing and inventory Shopify Product Management ● Upload products to the ARVÉRO Shopify website ● Organize collections and product categories ● Maintain accurate product information ● Optimize product pages for SEO ● Ensure consistency across all products Product Data Management ● Create and maintain SKUs ● Organize product spreadsheets ● Track product images and missing information ● Coordinate with our photographer and suppliers when additional product information is needed Marketplace Support ● Help prepare products for additional marketplaces in the future ● Maintain product data consistency across all channels Administrative Support ● Assist with basic ecommerce administrative tasks ● Coordinate with our Shopify developer regarding technical issues ● Report completed work and provide regular progress updates Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with Amazon Seller Central ● Experience with Shopify ● Experience uploading fashion, apparel, handbags, or luxury products ● Excellent written English ● Strong attention to detail ● Familiarity with SEO for ecommerce listings ● Experience using Excel or Google Sheets ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have ● Experience with Amazon Japan ● Experience with luxury brands ● Basic image editing skills (Canva or Photoshop) ● Experience with inventory management What We’re Looking For We value quality over speed.
