Ecommerce Recruiter Needed to Build Our Omnichannel Team (Amazon-Focused)

Summary

We're a growing omnichannel ecommerce company with Amazon at the core of our business, and we're ready to scale our team — fast. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows the ecommerce space inside and out, and who can help us identify, vet, and bring on board the kind of talent that doesn't just fill a seat, but takes true ownership of their role and grows with the company. This isn't a one-and-done req. We're building out an entire team across multiple disciplines, and we need a recruiting partner who can move with us as our hiring needs evolve. Roles we're looking to fill (and will continue filling as we scale): Platform Management — specialists across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces Customer Service — proactive, customer-first team members who can manage support at scale Product Development — people who can identify, source, and bring new products to market Project Management — organized operators who can keep cross-functional initiatives on track AI / Automation — candidates who can integrate AI tools to streamline operations and decision-making Graphic & Video Design — creatives who can produce scroll-stopping content for listings, ads, and social Brand Management — strategic thinkers who can shape and protect brand identity across channels What we need from you: Proven experience recruiting for ecommerce, retail, or DTC brands (Amazon experience is a major plus) A sharp eye for identifying not just skill, but ownership mentality — we want people who treat their role like it's their own business Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and adapt sourcing strategy by position Strong screening and vetting process to ensure we're only seeing serious, qualified candidates Clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring process What makes a great fit for our team: We're not looking for clock-punchers.
