Ecommerce SEO Manager | Organic Traffic, AI Search & SEO Strategy

JB Tools is looking for an experienced Ecommerce SEO Manager to help grow organic traffic, improve search visibility, and strengthen our presence in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search results. We are an established e-commerce retailer in the automotive tool and DIY product space. The right person should be able to review our current website, identify opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and help us execute ideas that lead to measurable growth. What We’re Looking For We need an SEO manager who has proven experience improving organic traffic for e-commerce brands. You should be comfortable working with a large product catalog, category pages, blog content, technical SEO, and SEO strategy for both Google and AI search platforms. This role requires someone who can provide clear recommendations, explain why those recommendations matter, and suggest new ideas to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. Responsibilities May Include -Auditing JBTools.com for SEO opportunities -Creating and improving SEO strategy for ecommerce category pages, product pages, and blog content -Recommending ways to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings -Identifying technical SEO issues and working with our team to resolve them -Improving internal linking, metadata, schema, and on-page SEO -Researching keyword opportunities for tools, automotive, industrial, and DIY topics -Helping optimize existing content for better rankings and conversions -Providing recommendations for AI search, GEO, and LLM visibility -Suggesting ways to get JB Tools mentioned, cited, or surfaced in AI-powered results -Reviewing competitors and identifying opportunities we are missing -Tracking SEO performance and providing regular updates -Recommending new content ideas based on search demand and e-commerce opportunity Requirements -Proven success improving organic traffic for e-commerce websites -Experience with SEO for large product catalogs -Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and e-commerce SEO -Experience with AI search optimization, GEO, or LLM-focused SEO strategies -Ability to provide recommendations -Comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms -Strong communication skills -Ability to explain SEO opportunities clearly and prioritize what will have the biggest impact To Apply, Please Include: -Examples of e-commerce websites you have helped improve -Results you have achieved, such as organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, or revenue impact -Your experience with AI search optimization, GEO, or optimizing content for AI-powered search results -A brief explanation of how you would approach improving SEO for an e-commerce site like JBTools.com -Any initial ideas or recommendations you may have after reviewing our website We are looking for someone who can become a valuable long-term SEO partner for JB Tools.
