Ecommerce Shopify Book Keeping

I run multiple Shopify dropshipping stores, majority marketed organically with some on paid ads, and I need a bookkeeper to keep everything clean and organised on an ongoing basis. The financials are fairly straightforward, there's no big team and the stores aren't overly complex, I just need someone reliable who can do it properly and take it off my plate completely. What you'll be doing: Exporting and tracking financials across multiple Shopify stores Updating the profit and loss every couple of days to account for supplier invoices, refunds, expenses, and miscellaneous fees Tracking content creator payments Tracking costs across stores Producing a clean monthly P&L so I can pay out my team and get a clear picture of where each business stands How it works: Supplier invoices come in every couple of days, so the P&L will need minor updates regularly to stay accurate. The bigger lift is once a month when everything gets reconciled properly. Outside of that it's light, just keeping things tidy and up to date. This is not a difficult or time consuming job, but it does need to be done consistently and accurately. Pay is per job, open to discussion based on experience and time involved. What I'm looking for: Experience with Shopify financials or e-commerce bookkeeping Comfortable working across multiple stores simultaneously Detail oriented, reliable, and proactive about keeping things clean without needing to be chased Familiar with profit and loss statements and general financial tracking
